Hi. This is my DA account for photos. These are more of my "artsier" photos. Works of arts in their own rights.

*NOTE* These photos are not enhanced in any way in photoshop, or any other photo editing software!! Unless otherwise noted in the comments. They are very seldom cropped either, and will be noted if they are.

You are free to use these for references and collages and such, as long as you follow my rules.

Some of these rules do not apply as the photos here are mostly nature and scenery. If there are people in the photos, then all of the following rules apply.

Rule #1:
No credit is necessary if using as a REFERENCE for paintings, but it IS necessary for photo manips, collages and other instances where you're using all, or any part of, the photo itself directly in the art (even if filters or brushes are used over it) ie: ____ taken from :devflowerchildphoto: or Dawn Obrecht. I will be strict about this rule.

Rule #2: NO PORN or sexually explicit works may be derived from my pictures. Nothing offensive may be derived from my images. I do not want to find my images or anything derived from my images on an unsuitable/explicit/derogatory site!!!

Rule #3: I would like to be notified when a photo is used. Just leave it in the comments section of the photo used. I'm nosey You can leave a link to the derived image in the comments too.

Rule #4: As a courtesy, I would like to see the derived image if it is to be used for sellable items. I would like to make sure that my stuff is appropriately used.

If you link me to the image my stock's been used in, I will it on this account so other people can see what you've done!!

PLEASE DO NOT STEAL IMAGES WITHOUT CREDITING. These images are under copyright and it is THEFT to steal them. I will go after image thieves...be warned.

So I hope I've inspired some art usage!!!
